- Entries MUST be received at the address listed by April 30th, 2021.
- Tally up all of your entries and mail a check payable to HLAA.
- Cost is $10 per entry regardless of type, the 6th one is FREE.
- Included with your entry MUST be your entry form, individual tags with each entry, return packaging, & pre-paid postage.
